NHL: NOV 03 Stars at Senators

After watching the visiting Dallas Stars defeat the Ottawa Senators on Sunday afternoon inside Canadian Tire Centre, it left me pondering something. Not what’s wrong with the Senators this season, but what does Valeri Nishuchkin have against Sens goalie Craig Anderson? On sunday Nishukinin scored his first NHL goal against the veteran net minder and the 6’4″ Russian born winger also deposited himself twice on top of Anderson; the second time forcing Anderson from the game on a stretcher.

I guess the 18 year old 2013 first round pick was due to score his first goal, but did it have to be agains’t the struggling Senators? I know it’s early in the season , but the way this season is going my lens won’t see playoff hockey.
